- Fill in the complaint form available at https://www.auraton.pl/en/service-request and attach it to the shipment with the device.
- If it is a warranty repair reported by the legal entity, then please send the package at the recipient's expense by Fedex courier using the instructions available at: https://www.fedex.com/pl/domestic-services/pickup.html
completing the form with the data provided in correspondence with the Guarantor.
- In other cases one may use any form of shipment.
- In case of post-warranty repairs, one can use any form of product delivery at your own expense.
- Before shipping, make sure that the product is properly secured and will not be damaged during transport. If possible, pack the product in the original packaging to protect it from damage.
Remember: The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from transport of an inadequately secured product.
